Cato Institute Shocks Walter Block

Cato Shrugged is having a monetary conference. Outside of Lewis Lehrman, all the speakers seem to be current or former central bankers.

Dr. Block emails:
I’m shocked. Surely Cato doesn’t support central banking, the Fed, etc? (J)

    Walter Block i assume is not a naive man. So i'm assuming that when he claims to be "shocked", he is being sarcastic?
    After all, people at CATO had already gone so far as to support aggressive wars.

      First, what does C.A.T.O. stand for? I am not familiar with any organization that has that acronym...
