Will Rand Paul Vote for the Reid-McConnell Deal to the End Shutdown?

A Reid-McConnell deal to end shutdown is said to be nearly at hand. I can't imagine there is anything good in it.

Will Rand Paul vote for it?

    No, Rand will not vote for it. Rand has a nearly identical voting record as his father and never votes for bogus crap like this.
