Bernanke!!!



According to Case-Shiller, housing prices rose 29.1% year-on-year in Las Vegas and 25.7% in San Francisco.

On a year-over-year basis, home prices increased 13.3% in September, the fastest annual pace since February 2006, though prices remained about 20% below a 2006 peak, according to S&P/Case-Shiller 20-city composite data released. Charlotte, NC is the only city show a decline in prices.
