I'm impressed by the @sec chairwoman's confidence and salesmanship .

Unfortunately when it comes to her comments on enforcement she showed a lack of self awareness. But to her credit she is selling hard.

All of the @sec chairwoman's references so far are to sec generated metrics. Never to 3rd party or independent observations or research.

The @SEC chairwoman has mentioned funding so many times I feel like I'm being pitched at a fund raiser.

.@sec in her close she mentioned that she was open to input and how important such input was. I have some ideas :)

In October, Cuban was cleared by a Texas jury of charges brought by the SEC that he was prompted by non-public information in his sale in 2004 of shares in Mamma.com. Though even if he did, it is outrageous to think this should be a crime. See: Judge Needs a Lesson in Finance and Economics
Go Mark!
