Prosecutors: More Charges May Be Brought Against Alleged 'Silk Road' Operator Ross Ulbricht

During an arraignment today in Manhattan federal court, prosecutors  told Judge Katherine Forrest that Ulbricht could be slapped with additional criminal charges in the coming months, reports NyPo.

According to NyPo, Ulbricht appeared in good spirits at his arraignment, turning around several times to smile and wave and supporters in court. Dressed in a blue prison jumpsuit, he stood up straight with his hands clasped behind his back while uttering “not guilty” as Forrest read him each count.

Forrest set Ulbricht’s trial date for November 3.
