How Well Thought Out Was the Set Up of Donald Sterling?

There is another indication that there is a deep thinker behind the set up of Donald Sterling by his former girlfriend, V for Visor Stiviano.

Stiviano's lawyer Siamak Nehoray now says that the tape, that was publicly released, was recorded in September 2013. That means that the recording was sat on for more than 6 months.

What makes the release of this tape in late April so interesting? It was done as the NBA playoffs started, that is, when there is more focus on the NBA and a period when all games are televised nationally.

It's unclear if the Clippers will make it to the second round of the playoffs, so the release of the tape, with the playoffs starting, assured that the Clippers would have the opportunity to stage their warm up tossing protest in front of a national audience at a key period in the NBA season. It is the only time of the year that the protest would have been guaranteed to be broadcast live nationally. A release even two weeks earlier would not have guaranteed the same degree of focus.

Indeed, the tape, being released when it was, also created intense pressure on NBA commissioner to act rapidly, since there were murmurs of more player actions, during the key playoff revenue generating period of the NBA.

The release, in other words, showed positively brilliant timing to do maximum damage to Sterling.

This timing certainly did not come from the thought process of Stiviano, the presidential aspirant (SEE: V. Stiviano Would Like to Become President). It appears there is a very careful, very devious mind behind this. It is, in  fact, chilling to contemplate how well thought out this appears to have been.

  1. It's Cobra Commander! All too fitting, since she wants to be president.

    1. president cobra commander... funny you mention that.

Cobra commander wanted to replace the US dollar with cobra money, presumably gold coins.

  2. Who is behind this "racist" Pavlovian dog training of the citizenry that is going on in the US?

the Ron Paul racist newsletters. Walter Block's racist comments, ... many others ..., Cliven Bundy's remarks, Sterling's private conversations with his out-of-control girlfriend

Does anyone actually look at the source material and make up their own mind anymore? Does anyone consider the scope of law in society?

America is under the thrall of the NSA, CIA, MSM, social media mind manipulations.

Just look at how it is being used - see the coverage of the Ukraine issues in US media.. it's obvious that people are being trained to ignore the facts and to outsource their thinking, with obvious benefits for the power structure.

mob mentality has become the standard bearer for truth. if you can get the mob excited, the lynching must be legal. endowments for democracy. drone first, ask questions later. might makes right. nudge nudge wink wink.

    1. You're getting much too dramatic and not appreciative enough. The people who planned this are using the "outrage industry" to perpetrate their plan. It's ingenious and tell you all you need to know about 21st century America.

    2. Human beings are the same as they always have been and are trained by the government schools, media, and so forth how they should feel about things. Few people ever look at source material so a little clever editing and presentation is all that is needed. So that's how they feel about them, in public at least. Nothing new or special about it. If you want who, look at where the schools came from, who owns the media, etc and so on.

In this case however, someone is exploiting the system that is already set up to their own benefit.

  3. It's this type of extreme planning/plotting that is going to burn whoever it is that's trying to hurt Sterling. When the dust settles, all involved will be have their images damaged - even famous ex-basketball players who used to have a squeaky clean image (should it come out that such folks were involved).

    1. Only if Sterling elects to sell and not fight. If he fights, there's a chance this could happen, but it's only a chance. From what I have read, he has an excellent chance of winning if he decides to lawyer up - which is totally in the realm of his personality. ::grabs popcorn::

  4. The story that I've heard is that Magic Johnson conspired with Stiviano to destroy Sterling so that Magic could buy the brand tarnished team on the cheap. He has publicly stated he wants to buy an NBA team, and he lives in LA already. The assumption was that Stiviano was going to be paid by Johnson to do this.

  5. The timing also works as a major distraction for the clippers at a moment when it is imperative that they focus on the task at hand: winning the games! The person who timed this release prefers that the clippers do not win. Winning teams are worth more and players on winning teams cost more. Even if v stiv was being sued by sterlings wife and having to hand back some loot, destroying him publicly would end all subsidies forever and make it much more difficult to find a new mark in the future. It doesn't make sense for a professional gold digger to go public like this unless she is being rewarded hansomely enough to compensate for future loss of income possibly ending her gold digging days. She's about 36 so she'd be looking for an amount that could keep her in the manner to which she has become accustomed for some time.

  6. Mrs. Sterling's frivilous lawsuit against V. Stiv is related to the leaking of the taped CONversations w/this ignorant (& partially senile) bigot. A forced sale of the Clippers liquifies their jointly held asset.
