WOW India Passes China to Become Fastest-Growing Economy

Everyone from the World Bank to Goldman Sachs had predicted it wouldn’t happen for another two years but recent recalculations indicate that India has already dethroned China as the world’s fastest-growing big economy, reports WSJ.

I don't fully trust government macro-economic data and am generally weary of large macro-aggregations such as GDP, regardless of who puts the data together, but it in terms of understanding very rough approximations of broad trends, there is some minor value and this is fascinating news.
