I really appreciate your real estate advice and have been very successful in the recent past thanks to some of your recommendations. As you had recommended I bought a house on short sale in 2010 and 2 more as rentals in 2012. I sold both of the rentals a couple months ago for a great return. I also moved my 401k over to gold and precious metals (stocks) last year as the price was going down and am now up about 40% on the year so things are going wonderful.
Bottom line; The 2010-2012 period, when Austrian-lites were proclaiming the end of the world, was a great time to buy a house.
