Goldman Sachs: Fed Could Hike Rates 3 Times This Year

Goldman Sachs has just put out an investment note advising that the possibility exists that the Federal Reserve could hike rates as many as three times this year.

Although, I am not in the camp that says the Fed will for certain raise rates three times (or even two) this year.

It is certainly a much greater possibility than the view of some Austrian-lites who hold the absurd view that the Fed in the near future is going to reverse its December 2015 rate hike and take rates negative,

Not going to happen.

  2. One quarter point hike more, tops. Should have hiked in 2014 with QE as cover. Fed is in no man's land now. You tell me this ends well and I've got a bridge to sell you.

    1. There is nothing to suggest this is not going to "end well."
