ReplyDeleteHere's a question regarding highway usage efficiency which was touched on in the interview:
If you define highway congestion as the product of the:
(number of cars on a highway) * (the amount of time each car spends on the highway),
then reducing the TIME the car spends on the highway = reducing the congestion.
The best way to reduce the time is to increase the speed, thus a higher speed limit = less congestion.
