"Big Business: A Love Letter to an American Anti-Hero"

A new Tyler Cowen book will be released April 9: Big Business: A Love Letter to an American Anti-Hero.

The title is captivating enough but is Tyler the right guy to write this book?

I mean the guy is involved with a politically correct project that is going "to celebrate the life and work of the groundbreaking female economist Janet Yellen."

I didn't read Cowen's last book, Stubborn Attachments: A Vision for a Society of Free, Prosperous, and Responsible Individuals. The book just seemed to hint at the type of dancing with mainstream nonsense that causes me to spend only a little time with Cowen's writings.

But a book by Cowen titled Big Business: A Love Letter to an American Anti-Hero, I can't avoid. I have to see if he really pulls off what the title promises to pull off.

I just ordered the book. Expect a rather rapid review after I receive it. For me, it is going to be something of a mystery novel read. Is Tyler Cowen really going to defend big business? Will he defend crony capitalists as well as productive capitalists? What gives?

I have already blocked April 10 off on my calendar for the reading of the book.
