David Stockman, former director of the Office of Management and Budget under President Reagan, has a fiercely opposing view on the U.S. economy than that of President Trump's Council of Economic Advisers chairman Kevin "Baghdad Bob" Hassett with his rosy outlook on economic data and potential growth.
David is, of course, correct. We are sitting on an economic time bomb but the Fed is once again printing more money to extend the length of the economic fuse before it collapses. The problem with this, as David indicates, is that the size of the bomb is growing.
