Alex Jones: George Soros Offered Me $5 Million to ‘Pump Bitcoin’

George Soros
For the record.

On a recent broadcast of  the Joe Rogan Experience, Alex Jones told Rogan:

I got told eight years ago – I got told by two different people, two very well known rich people, they said: ‘George Soros likes you. He wants to work with you… [as does] Alexander Soros… you just need to stop attacking him… and by the way, we want you to pump Bitcoin.’...I got offered at the time about five million dollars worth of Bitcoin – I think it was about $38 million by the time it got there (the peak), and I refused it.
It should be noted that last year in Davos, Switzerland at the World Economic Forum, Soros said:
Cryptocurrency is a misnomer and is a typical bubble, which is always based on some kind of misunderstanding like the tulip mania.
It's possible Soros was behind a pump and dump bitcoin operation but I doubt it. More likely those talking directly to Jones were running a pump and dump and using the Soros name to embellish the size of the operation.

  1. Good thinking! That was the best podcast ever. I have never ever been entertained that well for nearly 5h straight! Alex Jones is the personification of a person wearing his heart on his sleeve. And the amount of energy that man has, unbelievable. Whatever nutty things he says (though he does say many true things as well) I just cannot dislike him. I hope he gets through all this well.
