New Attack on Stephen Moore; Says He’s Willing to Withdraw Nomination to Fed Board

Stephen Moore
Stephen Moore, President Trump’s  nominee for the Federal Reserve Board, said Friday that Republicans should not “walk the plank for me.”

"If I do become a liability to the Republicans, I would withdraw from the race," Moore said in an interview with Fox News.

Moore is a goofy inflationist pick by the president but is under unusual heavy attack by mainstream Keynesian economists.

The latest attack will probably get him. A column resurfaced where he wrote the politically incorrect that he wanted to keep men's sports the domain of men.

"Here's the rule change I propose: No more women refs, no women announcers, no women beer vendors, no women anything," Moore wrote in a March 2002 National Review column.

  1. Moore may be an inflationist, but I can get behind his comments about keeping women out of men's sports.
