Representative Ocasio-Cortez believes that we must build a just society to protect our communities and uplift our neighbors. A Just Society legislation aims to combat the greatest threats to our country, our democracy, and our planet: economic inequality and climate change.
By build I’m sure she means the all-wise, all-knowing, all-seeing, perfect knowledge possessing State will be in charge of constructing a just society. Whatever would we do without our “wise overlords.” By just I’m sure she means income equality, that is to say everyone is equally poor, except our “wise overlords” because the rules only apply to us little folk. By protect I’m sure she means confiscating firearms of any and every kind under the guise of keeping everyone, especially “the children,” safe. By uplift our neighbors I’m sure she means redistributing from the productive to the unproductive with a vast State bureaucracy to pass out the stolen funds.
