The U.S. tax filing day has been moved to July 15 from April 15, according to a tweet from Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin.
In a tweet, the treasury secretary wrote that at the direction of the Trump administration "all taxpayers and businesses will have this additional time to file and make payments without interest or penalties." He also encouraged all taxpayers who may have tax refunds coming to "file now to get your money," he said in a separate tweet.

Presumably all of those who insist that taxes are really voluntary will still send in their paperwork and payments by April 15?
