Price Inflation in Germany Has Impacted the One Euro Shop

The one-euro store has increased prices by 10% and charges 1.10 euros for each item.

According to the Financial Times, Germany’s unemployment rate is likely to rise y above 6 per cent this year, according to Katharina Uterm√∂hl, senior economist at the German insurer Allianz. She said the monthly increase in jobless numbers was set to surpass the recent high of 80,000-90,000 people recorded during the 2008 financial crisis.

Rising unemployment and rising price inflation, I thought deflationists said this couldn't happen?
