Price Inflation in Germany Has Impacted the One Euro Shop

The one-euro store has increased prices by 10% and charges 1.10 euros for each item.

According to the Financial Times, Germany’s unemployment rate is likely to rise y above 6 per cent this year, according to Katharina Utermöhl, senior economist at the German insurer Allianz. She said the monthly increase in jobless numbers was set to surpass the recent high of 80,000-90,000 people recorded during the 2008 financial crisis.

Rising unemployment and rising price inflation, I thought deflationists said this couldn't happen?
