There was a South Park episode a few years back that actually had a similiar plot.  Mr. Garrison was performing outrageous perverted acts with his boyfriend in the classroom because he wanted to get fired so he could sue the school.  Mr Garrison did not get fired, but the school children who complained were forced to attend the "Museum of Tolerance" to understand people with differences.
