What Parts of the Country is Fed Printed Money Hitting Most Aggressively?

If you break the 3,100 counties in the U.S. into five groups,.the top group saw the fewest number of counties with declining average income. Only 27% of those top quintile counties (as of 2013) had their average pay decline between 2004 and 2013, reports WSJ.

And some of the counties in that top group that saw their average income grow, including New York, N.Y. (New York City), San Francisco, Washington, D.C. and Arlington, Va.---all areas that thanks to finance or government get their hands on newly printed Fed money first.
