What's Really Behind the High Real Estate Prices in California

Real estate prices are climbing again throughout the country as the Federal Reserve continues to pump money into the system. But there is something special about California. Prices are though the roof. I talked to Lawrence McQuillan to find out what is going on.  -RW

    Here's a question regarding highway usage efficiency which was touched on in the interview:
    If you define highway congestion as the product of the:
    (number of cars on a highway) * (the amount of time each car spends on the highway),
    then reducing the TIME the car spends on the highway = reducing the congestion.
    The best way to reduce the time is to increase the speed, thus a higher speed limit = less congestion.
