Lehman Rises After Korea Bank Says It's `Open to' Acquisition

Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. rose 15 percent in early morning New York trading after a report that Korea Development Bank is ``open to'' an acquisition.

Lehman climbed $2.03 to $15.75 at 8:30 a.m. before the official open of the New York Stock Exchange.

Did somebody tip Ladenburg's Richard Bove? He put a BUY recommendation on Lehman yeaterday saying a hostile buyout of Lehman was now a possibility.
