WalMart Setting Up Mangers for Legal Risk by Running Big Sister Clips in Stores

I'm not a lawyer, so I'm not sure how strong a case David Acton is making here, but it sure sounds like WalMart is setting its mangers up for a Section 1985 Conspiracy lawsuits, by running the Director of Homeland Security Janet Napoliatano clips in their stores.
