Photo of Man Who Was Seen With Giffords' Shooter

Tuscon police believe the man pictured in this still photo, taken from a surveillance video, was with 22-year old Jared Loughner before Loughner shot Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords and others.


Who is this second man? A friend?  A co-conspirator? A control?

    controlled by what organization?
