A fascinating chart from
Economist magazine. The data is from 2009, and is from the World Bank (not sure if you can completely trust the World Bank on this data, but it is probably ball park). If the data on Mexico is anywhere near accurate, it helps explain why so many attempt to sneak into the United States.

I would think most of China would be included in this statistic.

Looks like the chart is missing China. Note the "economic powerhouses" we hear so much about, India and Brazil, are on the list.
