The Insiders Kick-In for Mitt Romney

On a single day, Monday, Mitt Romney raised $10.25 million. He did so via a phone bank fundraiser at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

According to reports, aides refused to allow reporters into the phone bank room. Romney spent part of his day crisscrossing the phone bank room, which was flanked by two oversize American flags.

  1. As a life-long Republican, I'll never vote for any of these losers, especially Romney. I would've liked to have seen a Daniels/Bolton ticket or a Bolton/Schiff ticket, but I know that's not happening, so I'll either not vote at all, or vote for Obama. Until conservatives and neocons are purged from the Republican party, I'll vote against them.

  2. I wonder how much he gave himself?

  3. How someone who reads this weblog (and dislikes neocons) can even consider voting for someone besides Ron Paul is beyond my comprehension.

  4. @Freeman Yeah I don't understand that either. Ron Paul 2012 or bust

  5. Ron Paul is fundamentally anti-American, no matter his economic views. That is why he deserves no consideration whatever.

  6. Blair, I think you are confusing anti-American with anti-state.

  7. @Blair --

Anti-American? How lame. Unless by "America" you mean imperial, militaristic, bloated beyond any recognition, thoroughly un-constitutional (and thus, illegitimate and illegal) apparatus of the Federal Government - in which case Ron Paul is indeed fundamentally "anti-Amerikan".

  8. Unlike you amateur intellects, I actually know how to use words and think for myself. I stand by what I said, and add that even if Paul was the nominee, he will be soundly defeated in Nov/12. Thanks for letting me speak here. I do enjoy EPJ very much. See ya.
