The title of the piece is Economic Health in Iowa Conflicts With a G.O.P. In other words, it's an article about the Iowa caucuses, where Ron Paul is a neck and neck front runner.
The piece mentions Mitt Romney 3 times, Newt Gingrich 2 times, Rick Perry once and Ron Paul zero.
