Greg Mankiw Asks the Big Question

As China's economy crashes Bo Xilai, Communist Party chief of China’s very important Chongqing municipality, has been removed from his post....The the official Xinhua news agency said that Vice Prime Minister Zhang Dejiang, a North Korean-educated economist, would replace him as Chongqing party secretary.

Given China's mad-mix of heavy municipal central planning, crazed money printing and some free market pockets. Harvard's Greg Mankiw asks a very scary but important question:
I wonder: What is economics education like in North Korea?
