The health-care reform plan that Mitt Romney proposed when he was Governor of Massachusetts, and shepherded through the Massachusetts legislature is the health-care reform plan that Barack Obama proposed and shepherded through the U.S. Congress.
I hate the idea of either, but there is a difference between state and federal law

ReplyDelete(She's Ray Finkle. She's a man!) Rather than the state being a check on the general government, states are often used for "pilot programs" that are tested; then they're launched nationally. Just ask Charlotte Iserbyt about Maine and our federal education programs.
