American Cities Experiencing the Greatest Decline in Jobs

The below data comes via 24/7WallStreet.com and the "Pct. decrease of employed" is for the year-to-date. It is instructive to note that in 24/7's summary of the declines in unemployment, they point out that it is mostly the result of layoffs in local governments, and that these are small cities. States and larger cities have more room to finagle, short-term, but the budget crises that are hitting these small cities will eventually hit the larger governments---and then the mess is going to be real ugly.
