The above vehicle is similar to the vehicle driven by cop killer Christopher Jordan Dorner. Police opened fire on the vehicle which was occupied by 2 Asian women delivering newspapers.
Two Asian women are delivering newspapers. Did they throw a newspaper and then pull a gun? Did they use their truck as a weapon and try and kill some officers? What, exactly, did they do that would lead officers to believe that they (the officers) needed to act in self-defense? The officers are still supposed to bring Dorner in alive (if possible), unless, of course, the officers have decided that they are going to dispense with all that inconvenient stuff like a trial.
Well, they would be in good company as this is pretty much what Obama and his "justice" department do with their drone strikes. I guess if Dorner goes into Mexico, he will become a candidate for droning. Then the LAPD can just turn things over to the big o.
He is a candidate for a drone strike on U.S soil as well. The NDAA classifies the "battlefield" in the "War against Terror" as the entire planet. In the government's eyes, what makes one more a "terrorist" than attacking the state violently? And my guess is that when this government decides to admit they've drone struck someone on U.S. soil, it will be someone like this that the general public unanimously hates.
"Wayne LaPierre, President of the NRA, you’re a vile and inhumane piece of shit. You never even showed 30 seconds of empathy for the children, teachers, and families of Sandy Hook."
"…give Piers Morgan an indefinite resident alien and Visa card. Mr. Morgan, the problem that many American gun owners have with you and your continuous discussion of gun control is that you are not an American citizen and have an accent that is distinct and clarifies that you are a foreigner. I want you to know that I agree with you 100% on enacting stricter firearm laws."
"Who in there right mind needs a fucking silencer!!! who needs a freaking SBR AR15? No one. No more Virginia Tech, Columbine HS, Wisconsin temple, Aurora theatre, Portland malls, Tucson rally, Newtown Sandy Hook. Whether by executive order or thru a bi-partisan congress an assault weapons ban needs to be re-instituted. Period!!!"
Mia Farrow said it best. “Gun control is no longer debatable, it’s not a conversation, its a moral mandate.”
1. The police officers involved are not fit to be officers of the law, should be banned from working in law enforcement, banned from carrying a firearm, and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
2. The Asian women should sue the PD for such a God-awful sum of money as to bring city to its knees, and prevent them from ever hiring such disgusting thugs again...
Cops get put on "administrative leave". Full benies. Police department "circles the wagon". Kangaroo internal affairs "investigation" judges shooting was justified. Cops get full reinstatement, receive award for valor. City settles civil suit, quietly, out of court. Victims "take the money and run" and do not demand action against the actual culprits. Citizens pay through the nose for the incompetence of their "servants".
That's exactly what happens. What should happen, minimum, is voluntary manslaughter charge, conduct unbecoming of an officer, stripped of pension and benefits, go sit in jail with the other sociopaths.
Correction to my above post. Didn't realize they lived. Would like to correct it to read "attempted" voluntary manslaughter. And add assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill on top of that.
You forgot to include the conclusion of the blue ribbon commission set up to investigate the incident which will be that there was not enough resources allocated to officer training programs.
This also shows what those of us who actually train and shoot seriously already knew: almost all cops are horrible shots. They shot that many times and didn't even kill either of the two asian women? LOL
No wonder why cops are so terrified of citizens having firearms. You don't have to be a good shot if the people are disarmed!
"This also shows what those of us who actually train and shoot seriously already knew: almost all cops are horrible shots."
Let's count are blessings that all most cops know is spray and pray. Of course if you are a nearby bystander that is bad news, like the shootout outside the Empire State Building not long ago.
What is insane is waking up this morning and listening to LA talk radio. Actually heard a local celebrity lawyer DEFEND the LAPD for opening fire on a vehicle description. He went as far as to say if he were on a jury for this eventual lawsuit, he would let these cops walk.
I ask you if ANYONE, other than a cop, who was being stalked or threatened could open fire on a vehicle that simply matched their aggressors vehicle description, hit unarmed civilians and get this kind of media sympathy. You would be castigated as a gun-nut, outlaw, loose cannon vigilant who is a danger to society. When a cop does it, they are 'understandably on edge'.... my ass.
I heard the same radio show. I kept thinking to myself how in the world seeing a blue truck is somehow enough legally to open fire without seeing the driver, matching license plates, or having any indication that this was the suspect. These guys behave as though they can operate on an entirely different set of rules than everyone else in this society, and I don't doubt for a second that some of these allegations about the LAPD could be true.
The two women were injured, one shot in the hand, the other in the back.
And there was a second incident: "The second incident occurred at Flagler Lane and Beryl Street about 5:45 a.m. and involved Torrance police. No injuries were reported."
Heroes and Defenders of Freedom. This is more evidence that only police and military have the training and mental acuity to own "high-powered assault rifles." Civilians would do crazy things with them, like shoot innocent people for driving the wrong colored truck...
In the desert, the sound of a shot will carry for miles.
Using a silencer when shooting jack rabbits is considered being a good neighbor.
The silencer was originally invented by Hiram Maxim, I believe, but he called it a 'suppressor', and introduced it, basically, because he, too, wanted to be a good neighbor.
Before any more comments are posted about the "manifesto" I suggest a careful skepticism regarding the social media details here. Several media outlets have published this document as if the entire text were authored by the suspect. There is significant evidence that the "original" doc ended with the word "tabletops." Fox [regrettably], has the "original:"
The longer version, with all the celebrity and political nonsense, was posted on pastebin by what appears to be an Anonymous troll, who is no doubt laughing himself silly that the "second" version is being taken on faith. A troll of epic proportions, which Anonymous even signed, in a manner of speaking, within the text.

ReplyDeleteHold on...there is no such thing as a "cop killer". There are only killers. Cops aren't gods or better than anyone else.
ReplyDeleteAny link to this story? I don't see it in the news anywhere.
ReplyDeleteThat's a great question.
DeleteSo, here is the situation:

More liberal dancing in the blood of children.
DeleteMia Farrow is right about one thing. It is NOT debatable. It never has been. The 2nd amendment is not up for any discussion.
It's about time people stopped discussing any so-called merits of gun control. There is no discussing rights and liberties.

My shotgun shoots a tighter pattern than that.

DeleteJudging by the number of bullet holes in the truck, I really have to wonder if all cops are equally poor shots.
Sounds like a juicy lawsuit. Unfortunately, the money would come out of the pockets of taxpayers, while the cops most likely get paid vacations.
DeleteOh and by the way. Some more proof that crimes against government officials is regarded as 100x worse than the same crime against civilians.
F%$#ing SWINE! There are many cops who are decent human beings but these types ought to be living with their porcine brethren: behind a fence.
