Report: Russia Will Consider Restructuring of Loan to Cyprus

SkyNews is reporting that Russia's Finance Minister says the country will consider the restructuring of loan it had previously made to Cyprus.

EU officials have previously said that they expect Russia to extend its 2.5 billion euro ($3.27 billion) loan by five years, until 2021, and refinance terms.
