KELLY: What is the difference between Glenn Greenwald who broke this story in the Guardian who is an American citizen but he’s living abroad and James Rosen and the Associated Press?
KING: James Rosen never said he was going to release information that was going to kill Americans. He was never going to disclose the names of CIA agents and operatives around the world the way Greenwald is saying he is threatening to do.

ReplyDeleteHe said he has names of people the NSA tracted without a warrant/cause. That will give those people standing, so they can file a law suite and challenge the entire program. Up till now, it keeps getting thrown out because you can prove they looked at records and so they won't let you subpoena any record to even find out.
Wow, I was taught, better to shut your mouth and thought a fool, then to open it and remove all doubt. I would be for spending taxpayer dollars to mount that on the wall in the capitol.
