DC FOX 5 has confirmed that U.S. Park Police along with Herndon, Virginia Police are serving a search warrant at the home of Adam Kokesh, who was seen on a YouTube video posted on July 4th loading a shotgun in Freedom Plaza in Washington D.C..
Roads have been blocked off in the area of the 1500 block of Snow Flake Court in Herndon and residents have been told to stay indoors while police serve the warrant.

ReplyDeleteProsecutor: Mr. Kokesh, is that your image we see in the video just shown to the jury and are you loading shotgun shell ammunition into a shotgun?
ReplyDeleteKokesh: Yes, that is my image in the video, however, I was simply inserting red cylindrical objects into a replica of a shotgun as a demonstration representing actual ammunition being loaded into an actual shotgun.
Prosecutor: Mr. Kokesh, are you seriously trying to convince this jury that what you were loading was not live ammunition and that what we are seeing is not an actual functional shotgun? It looks like live ammunition and a real shotgun to me.
Kokesh: Prove it.
Freedom, rights, liberty, due process....these are just words on a page. They have no meaning besides our actions which give them meaning.
ReplyDeleteIn other news, after arresting Adam Kokesh, U. S. Park Police set up a sting operation on a bear suspected of breaking into garbage cans, busted a squirrel for playing with his nuts, and shot a raccoon because, well, "he was outside a bank, and wearing a mask."
