Alison Lundergan Grimes to Mitch McConnell: ‘Shoot with me’

Firing a twitter shot at Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, senatorial candidate Alison Lundergan Grimes on Friday challenged the incumbent to join her on her shooting range while jabbing his service to the state, reports Politico.

    In a related tragic story, AP has just confirmed that Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell has accidentally shot senatorial candidate Alison Lundergan Grimes. As he was taken in to custody, Senator McConnell explained " Well, my staff said she tweeted me to come shoot her at the range any day."

    When it was explained to the Senator that Tweet read "come shoot WITH me", McConnell replied "Well who reads that stuff anyway? Its like the Patriot Act or the Health Care Bill. You don't think we really read that crap do you? Tell her, my bad..."

    So can we assume that Grimes is a proponent of the right to bear arms?
    Or only when it is convenient?

    Can we also assume Grimes would never cater to lobbyists, the way her OWN party members in DC do as well?
    Of course, by being in favor of a big public employee bureaucracy she caters to a certain kind of "lobbyist" by default.

    Nevertheless, get McConnell OUT. I wouldn't vote for her, but i hope she kicks McConnell's ass.
