Ex Obama appointee William Kennard (formerly with Carlyle Group) was appointed to Duke Energy board of directors. Duke is a big Obama supporter. Also, Kennard joined a minority owned PEU, Grain Management. The principals have lots of Obama ties. This is the blue side of Red & Blue love PEU.
