Yellen to Testify Before Congress This Week; Will She Really Tell the Truth About Her Views?

Janet Yellen is scheduled to deliver her first semi-annual report on monetary policy before the House Financial Services Committee on Tuesday and the Senate Banking Committee on Thursday.

She is expected to reiterate the Fed's plans to taper its QE3 operations, but this tweet from Robert Reich, who teaches at the University of California-Berkeley, where Yellen once taught, may be more telling than all her testimony.
