It would be nice if they had nationwide, regional and local policy options. As someone that travels a lot in the US nothing scares me more than needing emergency care in another local. Especially considering I participate in a high risk sport activity.
Trump's healthcare and tax plans look about as good as you could realistically expect from the GOP. Can't say that some of his past statements on these issues have exactly been great or that he can really be trusted to actually do anything like this, but when Hillary is openly and consistently running against all that is decent his flaws don't look so bad.
