    I've been following the ACA repeal "debate". Republicans were able to repeal the entire ACA through reconciliation knowing that it would be vetoed by Obama. Now that Republicans control the House, Senate, and White House, they say they can't repeal the entirety of the ACA through reconciliation.

    Republicans are utter wimps.
