  2. I'm pretty sure they did a naval raid on Sweden during the Napoleonic tussle? Or at least THREATENED to in an extortion op.

    1. the swedes were told to go to war with Britain by napoleon but did nothing about it even allowing a british fleet to 'occupy' a port in the baltic, britain was Sweden biggest trading partner at the time.

  4. The best way to rule is to NOT rule, therefore the felling of not being ruled would lead tot he highest productivity, the happiest population.

    But to what end? What does the ruler get if he's not ruling? Wouldn't he be better of an entrepreneur with the power to satisfy customers than a king with no power?
